We also offer various lesson programs at the pool. There are four courses in total. We have also reserved a course exclusively for walking. A variety of programs are available, such as aquabics, which allows you to exercise without putting your face in the water and is less stressful on your joints, underwater walking classes, and classes aimed at improving your swimming skills. Personalized swimming lessons are also available for a fee.

Various Training machines and running machines ・ Bike and free weight zone are also available.
Our trainers are always available to help you with any questions you may have.
First time users will have a one-on-one orientation with a trainer.

We also create programs for different purposes to support our members.

We offer a variety of free lesson programs ranging from healing classes such as stretching to full-body aerobics. Classes are set up by level, from easy classes for first-timers to classes for those who are used to taking lessons, so you can choose the lesson that best suits your needs.

Sauna is also available in the shower room.
A water bath is also available after the sauna.

The relaxation room is also available for relaxation before and after exercise.
