アメリカ人の旦那様と結婚したのに離れ離れです。
すでに半年も経ちます。
永住権の申請をしていたのに、法律が変わったせいで今までの時間もお金も全てパーになってしまいました。変わったのはしょうがないけど申請を受理していながら、それをぶっちぎるアメリカ！！！
私はこれから申請しなおして、旦那様のもとへ行けるまでにさらに１年半もかかるようです。
きっと私のように今、永住権の申請で困っている人、泣いてる人、日本にたくさん居ると思うんです。みんなで励ましあいながら永住権の獲得までがんばりましょ！

永住権保持者ですが、只今日本に１年滞在してます。
トラベルVISAを申請し、INSもしくは在日米大使館で受理すれば永住権失効が免れます。有効期限は２年なので、２年以内に帰米し、スタンプが押された時点で、期限が延びるそうです。
市民権取得する時間がない方で日本にしばらく滞在しないといけない場合にお勧めします。

アメリカ国籍を持っている者ですが、日本で現在の妻と結婚し約2年日本で生活していました。その後アメリカに引越しすることとなり、日本のアメリカ大使館で妻の永住権を申請、1ヵ月後には永住許可が出ました。永住許可が出た後、6ヶ月以内にアメリカに移らないといけません。アメリカ国籍保持者が日本の在日米大使館若しくは領事館に行って申請をすれば、スムーズ
に永住権を発行尾してくれると思います。婚姻生活が2年以下でもテンポラリーの永住許可を出してくれると思います。テンポラリーは2年後にその婚姻が継続されているかの確認を取られますが、継続の場合は10年間のパーマネント永住権がもらえるはずです。役に立てばいいのですが、、、

私も10年前に日本で申請して、４年前に日本へ夫婦で帰国し日本で働いています。
本当に必要な方へのために、永住権は放棄しました。やはり日本での申請が最短みたいですね。
一時的に日本へ戻って、日本で申請するのもいいかもしれません。

一人減ったからっていって、一人増えません。
