How to receive Vivinavi emails at Gmail account? / How to add Vivinavi to Gmail allowlist (safe list)?
By adding Vivinavi to your email allow list, you can prevent important emails from Vivinavi from going to junk or trash by mistake.

1. Open Gmail and log in to your account.
2. Click Setting icon (gear icon) and select [See all settings].
3. Click [Filters and Blocked Addresses] from the above tabs.
4. Click [Create a new filter].
5. Enter "@vivinavi.com" in the [From] field.
6. Click [Create filter].
7. Select [Never send it to Spam].
8. Click [Create filter] and complete.

Yahoo

1. Open Yahoo Mail and log in to your account.
2. Click Setting icon (gear icon) and select [More Settings].
3. Go to [Filters] and click [Add new filters].
4. Enter a name for the filter and "@vivinavi.com" in the [From] field.
5. Select [Inbox] as the folder to move the emails to.
6. Click [Save].

Outlook
1. Open Outlook and and log in to your account.
2. Click Setting icon (gear icon) and select [View all Outlook settings].
3. Go to [Mail] > [Junk email].
4. Under [Safe senders and domains], click [Add].
5. Enter "@vivinavi.com" to add to the safe senders list.
6. Click [Save].
